Larry Hembree

Built Fire Service program serving Cowlitz County high schools. School board member, fire chief, mayor. Current Emergency Management Services Director. Systematic community safety builder.

Ron McCoy

Thunder Mountain Pro Rodeo co-founder. Former All-League Defensive End at Kelso. Brought equestrian appreciation to Cowlitz County.

Rose Janke

70-year community volunteer. Founded Cowlitz County Genealogy Society. Salvation Army supporter. Worked with class of 1945 on scholarships.

Les Nelson

Former Cowlitz County Sheriff. Led county through 1980 Mt. St. Helens eruption. Saved countless lives.
